Please fill out and return the registration form as soon as possible. This is the emergency contact information in case something should happen to your child.

Those who do not attend the mandatory practices on May 10, 17, 24 and 31st will not dance in the performance unless their absence on those days is excused by me. If a child will not be attending the SF Basque Picnic on June 1st, I must know by May 1st. The children will be learning pilota and mus as well as dance this year. Please be sure they attend with appropriate shoes.

On February 16th and 17th the children will be participating in the BCC 26th Anniversary celebrations. They will be expected to perform in full costume, which will be distributed in January. Girls should think ahead and purchase knee socks (either white, cream, or grey). Boys should have grey pants, white shirt, and a black beret. Black espadrilles are required for both boys and girls. (More information will be given closer to the event.)

If a child is unable to attend a practice, please contact me ONE WEEK before that practice. We have people coming to practice from long distances, and therefore need to know ahead of time if there are not enough children to practice with. If the child is sick, please call before 11:00 that day. If I receive no telephone call, the absence is unexcused.

This year, the NABO Udaleku (Music Camp) will be held in Buffalo, WY, the last two weeks in June. Participants learn Basque dancing, language, txistu, pilota, mus, singing, and other cultural activities. Participants need to be between the ages of 10 – 15. Information will be sent out in February.
